Determining How Much Sleep is Enough for You
Amongst the reasons it's so hard to give a definite suggestion as to how long one should sleep is because of the many different sorts of lifestyles that different people obviously live. To find out the kind which works best for you, simply take note of how you feel throughout the day while also noticing how long you slept. See if you can find an absolute pattern which does not leave you feeling tired or possibly drowsy throughout the day.
You might be impressed as to the health benefits which sleep has to offer. There are obviously many to choose from. Some you might want to consider are volleyball, swimming (however much you'd so please), riding a bicycle and tennis, amongst things. You might not find these in particular to be not as physically straining perhaps in a displeasing way as other sports or games may seem.
If you drink coffee regularly, surely choose not to drink it soon before going to bed. Also, try to make sure you have balanced eating patterns; this can help ensure greater quality of sleep. Better quality of sleep may even decrease the amount of sleep one ought to have! If it helps at all, dreams just might end up becoming something for you to look forward to. Dreams are pretty much a mystery, but you might find it interesting to keep a dream journal and try to interpret possibly meanings.
