The Dog Rules $16.99 In this groundbreaking guide, elite dog trainer Kyra Sundance reveals the path to helping your dog be a reliable partner and true member of your family. Kyra -- a world-acclaimed Stunt Dog Team performer, nationally ranked dog sports competitor, and movie dog trainer -- holds the human-dog bond at the heart of her training method. She cares for her dogs with tenderness, trains them thoroughly, and inspires them to excel. If you're battling the same problems with your dog over and over, then the training method you're using isn't working. Instead of more training, what's needed is better training. Kyra's "whole-dog" approach looks beyond sterile training methods that manipulate through reward and punishment and instead advocates humane behavior modification techniques to establish expectations without compromising love. Her principles -- such as "One Command, One Consequence," "Focus on the Solution, Not the Problem" and "Praise, Touch, Treat -- in That Order" -- empower readers with a clear strategy and the tools to enact real change. Kyra's method does not suppress natural behaviors and teach subservience. Instead, it fosters confident, happy dogs who are motivated to do the right thing rather than fearful of making a mistake. The Dog Rules shows us us how to develop joyful relationships with dogs who balance enthusiasm and self-control. |

Role Of Women In The World's Society
Karachi dated 17th April, 2010
THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN THE WORLD'S SOCIETY
Women are the integral part of our society and cannot be neglected due to their 50% or above share in the population of the world. World basically is a religious place and religion never prevents women to take part in social activities. Being the major part of the world's population if they keep bound in taking part of the communal behaviors the world cannot progress with due speed and will remain unproductive. Women's roles in the world are very important and productive. They take part in all activities physically and mentally even they can fly aeroplanes and join in the law enforcement agencies to eliminate the social evils from the world. Almost in all sectors of life like Education, Factories, Workshops, Shopping Centers, Spy Centers, Space Centers, Banks etc. they pay due roles and enjoy in the financial activities and happen to cause of enhancement in world's income and growth.
It is worth mentioning that education and skills pay a vital and important role in the nation's evolution and advancement. No nation can be developed without education and skills. Women being the integral part of the world's society foster infants. An infant gets his first education and training in the lap of a woman and if women are not educated it means that we are depriving of infants from their beginning education and training. It is a motto of skilled and learned person that if we give education and skill to a woman we entrust education and skill to a family.
In the world's society there are two class of women namely I) working women II) household women.
Working women
Actually this class of women leads much busy life. They not only have to discharge their official duties but also look after their domestic responsibilities. They pay active role in the economic activities of the world. They use their skills and expertise in fulfilling their corporate obligations and in some matters they supersede men. A large number of women are also associated with foreign affairs services and brightening the name of their countries. Some women are also in the world's bureaucratic regime and enjoying well in discharging their bureaucratic responsibilities. Some women are at minister level federal as well as provincial and running the affairs of their ministries with due care and responsible manners. Women are usually honest than men so they hardly accept kickback and bribe by using their official powers owing to that their achievements are well and sound. Their plans are accomplished not only in the paper but also in practical way. They use their powers in legal way and avoid unauthorized activities. Women are also paying magnificent roles in playing activities. Women cricket, football, table tennis etc. teams have been existed all over the world and they are taking part in the world's competition games. In European Countries women wrestlers are also seen in taking part in the wrestling like men wrestlers. In short we can say that women are paying intensive roles in all walks of life.
Household women
This class of women also leads busy life. They have to discharge all domestic responsibilities from bottom to top. They are the queen of homes and rule in the domestic affairs. They not only teach their children but also care of them and all other family members in all respect. They also run the financial affairs of the domestic hierarchy and make wonderful savings from domestic expenditures in this way they are called the finance minister of homes. In the nutshell we can say that woman pay an important and inevitable role in the world's society and without their positive functions we may fall in the hell.
Conclusion: I conclude with the remarks that women all over the world must be educated and trained because if someone deeply contemplates it will come to the picture that if we want to remove radicalism, extremism and upheavals from the world we must give due attention in education and training of women as well as for betterment of their economy on the world basis especially the women of the poor countries. "WOMEN ARE HEALTHY NATIONS ARE HEALTY'

Does being on a USTA tennis team mean not playing other tennis USTA tournaments?
I am interested in playing for my tennis club, which has its own Jr. USTA tennis team. The whole program my team is competing in is called the 2011 Championship NCT JTT Program under the 18 U Int NCT flight. I haven't signed up for my tennis team yet. I heard from several of my friends is that by signing up for the tennis team, I cannot earn more than 1000 points for my ranking for USTA Junior Tournaments. I've looked endlessly through the Internet, and I haven't found the answer. So are what my friends saying is true? Also: if what my friends are saying is true, then why is that? Shouldn't the USTA promote tennis play, and that by setting up that rule it's actually doing the opposite and restricting my tennis play?
Sure, it does not

do i have chance in tennis team?
i enjoy watching tennis and hitting around the balls.. but im not so good nor know the rules to the game. i want to try out for HS JV team... do i have any chance?
should i wait till next year?
trust me, do not wait. the best thing you can do is ask a friend that can play to teach you the basic. if you join your team now you will gain experience but chances are you won't start, but practice hard and have a partner to get better with.
well the basic rules are:
-you spin your racquet and your oponenet makes the call if it will be upside down or not, if they are right then the choose if they serve first or you serve. then u get to make the call on which side of the court you want to start at.
-you change sides every odd number of total games.
-there are 6 games in a set and you typically need to win 2 out of 3 sets to win.
-scoring for the game is luv(0)-15-30-40-game(winning that game).
-if you and your opponent get 40-40 then thats called deuce. and you to win that game either team needs to win 2 consequtive points to win the game/ the person to get the points after a deuce gets whats called an advantage. but if they lose the point then its back to deuce. whoever gets the point when they get advantage then they win the game.
-you first serve on your right hand side, behind the baseline, you hit the ball any way you wish(if its over hand than you toss the ball, if underhand you have to drop the ball from shoulder height without letting the ball bounce) it has to land in or on the line surround the diagonal inner box on the other side.
-ball can only bounce once after that its considered a dead ball and point is awarded to the person who hit that ball.
-and finally make sure to shake hands before and after the match.
well have fun thats all the basic stuff, everything else you can pick up during the season.
also you may want to youtube, how to do slices and topspin, serve, and volley. some single and double strategy is also recommended. but don't let yourself be ruled by the youtube video also add in your own imput.
