I had one that wrapped around a pole when you hit it and then sprang back towards you (unwrapped) so you could hit it again. After using it for less than a week I noticed serious pain in my elbow and forearm. When I went to my doctor, he told me that since the device didn't simulate the way a ball normally travels, I was altering my swing and doing damage to both my swing and my arm. That having been said, it wasn't exactly the device that you linked to, so I guess my advice would be to check out reviews online and talk to your doctor immediately if you feel any discomfort.
