Determining How Much Sleep is Enough for You
Amongst the reasons it's so hard to give a definite suggestion as to how long one should sleep is because of the many different sorts of lifestyles that different people obviously live. To find out the kind which works best for you, simply take note of how you feel throughout the day while also noticing how long you slept. See if you can find an absolute pattern which does not leave you feeling tired or possibly drowsy throughout the day.
You might be impressed as to the health benefits which sleep has to offer. Think about how this may have positive effects on certain areas of your life; you may have enhanced focus, perhaps more optimism in general, and you may be in better health overall, for instance. Being deprived of sleep obviously not only does not feel good, but it can also make it more difficult for a person to focus, at least.
While five hours of sleep could be good for one person, seven hours can be good for another, for instance. Eating and drinking patterns possibly have an effect on the amount of sleep which would be good for an individual, along with the kind of physical activity he or she may partake in regularly. One who works out hard and often may be likely to be more sure to get quality sleep than someone who does not. One of the things a person might want to do is find an activity such as a sport which involves significant physical activity and see if he or she would possibly have enough motivation to persist with it for pretty much of a lifetime. There are obviously many to choose from. Some you might want to consider are volleyball, swimming (however much you'd so please), riding a bicycle and tennis, amongst things. You might not find these in particular to be not as physically straining perhaps in a displeasing way as other sports or games may seem.
If you drink coffee regularly, surely choose not to drink it soon before going to bed. Also, try to make sure you have balanced eating patterns; this can help ensure greater quality of sleep. Better quality of sleep may even decrease the amount of sleep one ought to have! If it helps at all, dreams just might end up becoming something for you to look forward to. Dreams are pretty much a mystery, but you might find it interesting to keep a dream journal and try to interpret possibly meanings.

Tennis Serve Lessons - Reviews and Tips
Getting lessons to improve your tennis serve may work for you. In fact, I know many of my friends have personally benefited from them greatly. Granted, tennis serve lessons aren't cheap at all, you will take much value from them.
Be very careful who you choose as an instructor, research that person a little bit. Watch them play and make sure you are personally satisfied because tennis lessons are non-refundable whether you learn anything or not.
What tennis serve lessons are really able to capitalize on is being able to baby you through lots of focused tennis drills. They will motivate you to outperform yourself every single time. An alternative is to do the drills yourself if you aren't in a position to have the money or resources to arrange private lessons.
Personally I had a really bad problem serving all throughout high school. I still pulled the varsity team because of my speed and reflexes but when it came to serving I was really being held back. Now I didn't even have an awful serve, but it was nothing impressive either.
I could do a fairly decent slice serve and my flat serve wasn't half bad as well. Due to my height I had a natural advantage which took a lot of the edge out of not being able to serve as well as some of the other players.
It wasn't that I didn't try, I followed the advice of private trainers, my friends, magazine articles and resources I found on the internet. They all sort of built up into the combined experience of way more than private lessons could have afforded me without much of the price.
About the Author
To fix my serve I found some really cool techniques that quickly led me to develop a power-house serve which has actually gotten me a bit of a reputation at my tennis club.
Anyway sign up for your free video on the techniques I used to improve my serve here. That video reveals great stuff.

Murder at the Academy Awards (R) $7.99 As the Queen of the Red Carpet, Joan Rivers has been eyewitness to Hollywood's most heinous crimes (okay, so they're fashionrelated). And in this über-stylish mystery, she enlists her no-holdsbarred, slightly blonder literary counterpart, Maxine Taylor, to solve a crime of a different sort. When a gorgeous young actress dies on the Red Carpet, some in Tinseltown call it bad publicity. Max calls it murder. The Academy Awards®. It's Hollywood's biggest night, and there's no star better equipped than the tart-tongued Max Taylor to hold court on the glamorous Red Carpet. Sharing the dish with her daughter, Drew, the calls-it-as-she-sees-it entertainer has parlayed this star-studded annual gig into television's most-watched pre-show event. And tonight, Max has landed a real coup -- an exclusive interview with Halsey Hamilton, a fabulous, young, paparazzi-trailed Oscar nominee. But not even Max, who's seen her share of celebrity train wrecks, is prepared for an incoherent Halsey, straight out of rehab, to stumble up to the mic, slur a few cryptic words, and drop dead at the hem of Max's stunning Michael Kors gown. To Hollywood, the starlet's demise was tragic but inevitable. To Max, it looks more like a perfectly calculated crime. After all, she alone heard Halsey's final whisper -- a clue that leads Max to the pricey rehab clinic Wonders. With a weakness for nothing more disturbing than artificial sweeteners, Max nonetheless goes undercover and embarks on a twelve-step investigation into murder. Once inside the luxury clinic, Max's list of suspicious players expands faster than the Jolie-Pitt family: Burke Norris, a professional cad and Drew's ex-fiancé; Halsey's father, who is still making money off his dead daughter's fame; Halsey's jealous younger sister; and Rojo Bernstein, a tattooed karate hipster who knew the troubled fallen star much better than anyone suspected. Now it's left to Max to unravel the sordid motives and find Halsey's killer while upstaging an over-the-top Hollywood memorial service and funeral where the ill-fated actress was buried in, of all things, a tacky designer knockoff! And you thought the Oscars were all swag bags and Jimmy Choos? Hah! Honey, it's murder. In Murder at the Academy Awards®, Joan Rivers delivers a very smart, bracingly funny, and pitch-perfect reflection of a Hollywood only she would dare to reveal -- all seen through the eyes of an indomitable, high-end amateur sleuth who isn't asking "Who are you wearing?" but rather "Whodunit?" |
