The 2009-2014 World Outlook for Online Classified Advertising Services $795 THE METHODOLOGY. In order to estimate the latent demand for aesthetic equipment on a worldwide basis, I used a multi-stage approach. Before applying the approach, one needs a basic theory from which such estimates are created. In this case, I heavily rely on the use of certain basic economic assumptions. In particular, there is an assumption governing the shape and type of aggregate latent demand functions. Latent demand functions relate the income of a country, city, state, household, or individual to realized consumption. Latent demand (often realized as consumption when an industry is efficient), at any level of the value chain, takes place if an equilibrium is realized. For firms to serve a market, they must perceive a latent demand and be able to serve that demand at a minimal return. The single most important variable determining consumption, assuming latent demand exists, is income (or other financial resources at higher levels of the value chain). Other factors that can pivot or shape demand curves include external or exogenous shocks (i.e. business cycles), and or changes in utility for the product in question. |

The Discourse of Classified Advertising $110 Linguists who have studied simplified varieties of a given language, such as pidgins or the language of care-givers, have tended to explain similarities in their structure by the fact that they use the same mechanisms of simplification. Bruthiaux tests this idea by looking at the structure of classified ads in American English, using a body of 800 ads from four categories: automobile sales, apartments for rent, help wanted, and personal ads. Bruthiaux's thesis is that strict, uniform constraints on space should result in uniformly simple texts, no matter which category they are in, and that any variation would be due to the particular needs of each category. To prove this he describes the linguistic structure of classified ads, and shows that they are characterized by a minimal degree of morphosyntactic elaboration. He then examines aspects of their conventions to highlight the role of pre-patterned and prefabricated segments whose collocational rigidity may force the inclusion of otherwise dispensable items. He finds that there is indeed significant variation across ad categories in terms of morphosyntactic elaboration, and concludes that this is due to a greater or lesser need to be explicit, as well as a greater or lesser anticipation of interaction. Finally, he examines the implications of these findings for the study of linguistic simplification and register variation. |

Unquestionably the internet is your most effective means of attracting buyers because 75% of all home buyers will shop online BEFORE they ever speak to a Real Estate Agent or Broker.
1. Bird's Eye View: Online Real Estate Advertising!
You can advertise for FREE and for a FEE. There are a number of small and medium sized "engines/classifieds" that offer free ads. Most offer for sale by owner "Premium" upgrades, providing wider exposure and a better presentation. If you want to move you campaign in Hi-Gear, then MLS Flat-Fee is a must. If you're not in a rush, then use the no cost advertising resources provided here.
2. Your AD Needs The Right Stuff!
Almost all sellers want the same things... a great price for their home and a quick sale. The online Ads that you will place need the right stuff to attract the buyers you want.
- HEADLINE: Browse listings and see the headlines that grab your attention. Ask yourself; what words would sell my house? Use them to write your own headline. PLEASE use catch words like spacious, pool, water-view etc. to set you home apart from others. DON'T use subjective words like great, beautiful, fantastic- they won't work.
- PHOTOS: Normally your ad listing will have a small thumbnail of your home front. I recommend taking the shot on a cloudy day, to avoid sun/shade lighting problems. If you are un- or semi-detached, take photo on an angle to show the depth of your land.
- PRICE: Agents, brokers and many of these online services will help you price your home. Ask a fair price, and expect people will negotiate about 5%-15% off the price.

Hopefully they service your area! Craigslist offers free postings of your home, condo, rentals... almost anything. And they get millions of visitors every day. That's exposure you want. First setup an account with Craigslist, it makes the posting and re-posting process easier.
After three days, exactly, you can access your ad and delete it. Then you can repost, so it gets a position close to the top and will be seen more. That's the requirement of Free Advertising on Craigslist; you have to keep reposting to get noticed.

Difference between a Personal Audit and a Business Audit
The term "audit" lends itself to a variety of situations that may not be considered when first considered. Most people probably think of the standard IRS audit – the process by which an individual's tax return in put into question and their financial background is probed and prodded until their actual body displays soreness. But auditing extends much further than that. In its purest reform, it is nothing more than a review. When businesses refer to audits, this is typically what they are referring to. It is critical that a business audits its own records to ensure their accuracy for ensure that future decisions are made with the proper background information.
Unlike personal finances, where most individuals typically have a pretty good idea of where their bottom line stands without consulting their bank records, businesses are larger entities that contain a number of moving parts that often makes it difficult to determine where the bottom line stands at any given time and (more importantly) where it looks to be at a given point in the future. Having a strong knowledge of your financial standing (both on the macro and micro scales) allows managers to make a variety of important decisions quickly and more confidently than they would be if flying blind.
While the situation being described here would be called an internal audit, this is primarily because it is initiated by the organization looking to be audited. But, objectively, it is often best to have the audit performed by an external third party. Consulting firms can look at balance sheets with fresh eyes and may pick up on things that are just glanced over by internal accountants. They also are less likely to be affected by biases (not necessarily intentional) that are felt by internal accountants towards employees, managers, or projects that they have an affiliation to. Unfortunately, a third party firm is no guarantee of ethical and upright accounting, as proven by a certain big five accounting (who no longer exists) when investigating one of the biggest companies in the world headquartered down in Houston. In that situation, the consulting party had a conflict of interest based upon its ongoing business relationship with the company.
Another reason for a business audit includes keeping an eye on one's employees. The phrase "trust but verify" may be most appropriate for this situation. Truth be told, some of the most elaborate internal thefts that have occurred in the business world over the years could have been prevented by internal audits. This is more about making sure that controls are enforced rather than spying on employees. There is no expectation of privacy when it comes to the use of company funds.
It is important to understand that, unlike a personal audit, a business audit is a good thing. It is a necessary part of a company's checks and balances system. It is about knowing. It keeps management in the know for where they stand and where they are headed. If the information is properly compiled and used, it helps to ensure good future strategy and gives CEO's the ability to avoid bad decisions.

Before you get involved with any type of online business, you should do that all important research on your target audience before going too far. We believe many inexperienced marketers do not perform quality research into their markets, and that would be a major reason for business failure. In short, your success depends on it no matter what you do or where you operate. In the following article we will be discussing three useful tips that you can use to reach out to your target audience easily by identifying it.
If you want to find the correct target audience for a product, then you have to have some knowledge about the overall process. Online forums and discussion boards help you do just that. No matter what niche market you're targeting, you'll be able to find forums surrounding that topic. Take part in the discussions in these forums and see what people are talking about. Your aim here is to reach out and interact with those people that actually form your target audience. You will no longer be an outsider to that target audience, and you will truly understand their problems and concerns. You will really and truly know what your audience wants, and that will prove to be powerful information for you.
The amount of detailed knowledge will only make your marketing that much more powerful. The little thing called demographics are your best friends no matter what market you are in. The demographics for any market or sub-market shows you who you are dealing with which is totally critical. You will be able to make intelligent decisions about what you may want to sell to them. So many people probably go into a campaign without ever having looked at the demographics for their target audience. You will be totally blind and making guesses if you decide you do not want to learn this part.
Be sure to ask yourself questions that will help you become clearer about your target market. The thing to do is just relax and start thinking like someone in your audience, and then ask questions as they relate to the name of the target market. You know the drill about problems and solutions and special situations, etc. What will happen is one thing leads to the next, and then you can have a lot of information as a result. When you can answer these types of questions, then you will have much more you can work with.
You have to be willing to put the work in to find your target audience, but the payoff will be huge if you do the work.
