July 17 Guns N' Roses play their final gig on their world famous Use Your Illusion tour, this will be the last time the original band play together on stage, they break up between 1993-1999

August 10 - Mayhem guitarist Euronymous is stabbed to death by Count Grishnackh in Oslo, Norway, causing the temporary end of Mayhem.[citation needed]

Tennis elbow symptoms develop over a long period of time. The main symptom is pain, which may begin with a dull aching or soreness on the outer part of the elbow that goes away within 24 hours after an activity. The pain is often worse when you use your arm and elbow, particularly for twisting movements. Pain is worsened too by performing repetitive wrist movements, such as wrist extension and repeated gripping.
Tennis elbow can vary in severity, but you will usually have the symptoms listed below.

* Pain that comes and goes on the outside of your upper forearm, slightly below the bend of your elbow. There are instances where you would feel pain down your forearm towards your wrist.

* Pain is felt once the arms are lifted or bended

* Pain when writing or when holding small objects. Handling a small object such as pens can already be difficult.

* Twisting the forearm while opening a door handle can really cause pain.

*The forearm's range of motion is severely limited since it cannot be fully extended.

It is but common for tennis elbow symptoms to last between six months and two years. Still, a high percentage of people who experience tennis elbow symptoms can get well. What type of racquet should I get/do you have?

I have a Wilson nCode n4 midplus (101 sq. in.) and I really want to get another one (n use the old one as a replacement) but they've replaced the nCode w/ the [K] line of racquets. I can't seem to find the n4 anywhere, online (ebay too) or in stores, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of where I could find one, or on very, very similar, please let me know.
I actually got my racquet at tenniswarehouse.com and i was debating whether or not to get a 2nd as a spare, but at the time didn't have the money. I know i can demo some racquets, which i might as well do.
tennis warehouse does have the n4 but only in oversize 110".. and i think a grip of 4 5/8.. way too big for me.. lol

but seriously, since you have the money right now, try to demo a Wilson K Factor K Four 105 Mid Plus. if you like it then buy two of them and sell your old n4. remember to use same strings-same tensions.

How tight should I grip the tennis raquet?

My coach has been telling me I grip it too hard, but if I don't squeeze it tight, sometimes it rotates in my hand when I am hitting fast incoming balls.

Sometime ago I was just browsing through a training vid by nick bollettieri. I remember him mention that if your skin under your nails starts becoming white it means you're gripping the racquet too tight which is not right.

Also, it must be rotating since your not hitting the ball from the sweet spot of the racquet, but closer to the frame (it happens with me also). As you get better, you'll be striking more balls from the sweet spot so the rotating should reduce.
