What can i do to counter losing concentration when serving for the set in tennis?
When i am playing explosive tennis and am serving for the set i always lose concentration and throw a 3 game lead away and lose the set! What can i do to put the set and match to bed?

Visualization
1. Set Your Goal. Decide on something you would like to have, work toward, realize, or create. It can be on any level — a job, a house, a relationship, a change in yourself, increased prosperity, a happier state of mind, improved health, beauty, a better physical condition, solving a problem in your family or community, or whatever.
2. Create a Clear Idea or Picture. Create an idea, a mental picture, or a feeling of the object or situation exactly as you want it. You should think of it in the present tense as already existing the way you want it to be. Imagine yourself in the situation as you desire it, now. Include as many details as you can.
3. Focus on It Often. Bring your idea or mental picture to mind often, both in quiet meditation periods, and also casually throughout the day when you happen to think of it. In this way it becomes an integrated part of your life, and it becomes more of a reality for you.
Focus on it clearly, yet in a light, relaxed way. It’s important not to feel like you are striving too hard for it or putting an excessive amount of energy into it — that tends to hinder rather than help.
4. Give It Positive Energy. As you focus on your goal, think about it in a positive, encouraging way. Make strong positive statements to yourself: that it exists; that it has come or is now coming to you. See yourself receiving or achieving it. These positive statements are called affirmations.* While you use affirmations, try to temporarily suspend any doubts or disbelief you may have, at least for the moment, and practice getting the feeling that that which you desire is very real and possible.
VISUALIZATION
Visualization is the art and skill of creating a mental model of an event or situation. It is controlled, directed, and purposeful. Peak performers visualize more and better than do others. They may have learned spontaneously to visualize events in vivid detail.
HOW VISUALIZATION WORKS
The body cannot distinguish between an event which is experienced and one which is vividly imagined. We cannot think or imagine without some level of physical response occurring. In visualization, thoughts and images lead to neurological patterns, which in turn, lead to muscular responses.With the repetition of a sequence of thoughts and images, in other words a visualization, the associated pattern in the nervous system is strengthened and the responses that are imagined have a higher probability of occurring in the actual situation.
VISUALIZATION AFFECTS THE BODY
Vivid and detailed visualization can create a powerful effect on the body. Vividness and precision in visualizations create a physical sensation in the body. This kinesthetic or "feeling" component of the visualization is of vital importance. Feeling and sensing the experience as it is being pictured signify that the muscles and nervous system are being strongly imprinted by the visualization.
VISUALIZATION MEANS SKILLFUL USE OF IMAGES
Visualization is different from internal narration or dialogue. Although words and thoughts can help to focus images, visualization involves primarily the use of mental images, not thoughts. Images or pictures are the primary content of visualizations because words cannot be generated at a fast enough rate to describe events as they occur.
VISUALIZATION: THE LANGUAGE THAT BUILDS SUCCESS
Imagery is the most effective language in which an athlete can communicate with himself. Visualization allows for a vast amount of information to be conveyed. Visualization engages a different part of mind than strictly rational, linear thinking. The mental processes with visualization assists the athlete in staying in a free flowing state which is associated with peak performance.
VISUALIZATION IS FOCUSED MENTAL WORK
The development of skill in visualization involves imagery control: being able to control the series of images, the rate or tempo, enhance the vividness and precision, and translating intent or desire into pictures, and create images that produce a kinesthetic effect on the body. There is a vast difference between visualization and daydreaming.
